Covid Survivor Face Mask

Today I decided to surprise my husband with a new face mask for him to wear at work. I downloaded the Covid critter from Etsy. If you want to buy the same one , you can find it „here“. I uploaded it I to my embroidery machine and added a couple of details with the add button. 

Started embroidering the design on to chosen fabric. 

Decided on red lettering

Cut shapes to fit my husbands face

Sewed the front parts together

Then sewed the edges of the mouth piece to clean it up

Fold in inside part of cheek pieces and sew

Position pieces and sew around the perimeter 

After sewing the edges, flip inside out and sew on straps
