This has been a tough school year. I am glad that it is now summer. This T-chart is a great reminder to do good for ourselves - not just as a teacher, but in everyday life. If you feel tired and worn down, go outside in the morning and drink your coffee on the porch. Enjoy some daytime sunlight - before the day gets hot. (I live in Texas and it gets HOT!) Eating healthy food will also make you feel better, stay away from junk food and pre-made foods. Cook from scratch when ever possible - it's much healthier that way.
