Meatless Monday with my Meat Eating husband The left burner is for the meat version, the right with black beans instead of meat. Sautee the meat with red onion and corn. Add a little seasoning

I've had some seeds laying around the house for years. My flower bed infront of the house has been bare for years. I just didn't have the time to tend to it. Then a few weeks ago I had this idea..... (me and my ideas) that I would just plant what ever seeds I have in this flowerbed and watch and see what happens.  So far, the pumpkin seeds and cucumber seeds have taken off. It's probably a little late in the season to be planting these things, but I'm curious to see what happens.     I received a packet of Zinnia's from a penpal and let my grandson Dominic plant them in the garden two days ago. If you look to the right, you can already see it sprouting.

My daughter Nicole and I made these Artist Trading Cards last weekend. I think they turned out beautifully. 

Christmas in July Swap I was bored one day this summer and joined a Facebook forum titled " Happy Swapping and more ". It's a pretty neat group and the administrator adds new events all the time. Unfortunetly, people sometimes do not fullfil their side of the bargain and people end up empty handed. I was lucky enough to get an honest person as a partner and she sent me these lovely items in a box. 

Last Tuesday I played Bingo through a Facebook forum called " Pocketletter and Embellishment Swap " , event ( Brenda's Bingo Group ). These are the fantastic die cuts and goodies I received from Brenda.  Thanks Brenda! Brenda sent me this adorable Bingo card: Inside the pink envelope are the butterfly chips Bingo is played every Tuesday at around 6p.m Central Time, 7p.m EST East coast is 3 hours ahead of West coast,4pm for West coast.
