Here we go again.... another diet experiment. Now we are going for the low carb diet. Finding good food with low carbs is really hard.... but my husband and I have just started this diet plan. Hopefully, it will get easier? For lunch we went to In and Out Burger and on their secret menu they have something called the double- double. Instead of eating your burger on a bun, they wrap it in lettuce. It wasn’t bad at all! You can also ask for pickles on the side... The next day we had Bacon and eggs for breakfast For lunch I made tuna salad wrapped in lettuce with pickles on the side.
