6 1/2“ House Block

I enjoyed making this little house. I had to make my own pattern because paper piecing is not my thing at this time. I might give it another try in the future - but not today.

Cut Fabric

Start with A and D

Place matching sides together and sew diagonal line to create triangle shape at the end of the roof.

Do the same on the other side




Cut of excess fabric

Iron fabric (roof)

Sew together G and J (windows)

Iron and sew on part F

Then add letter I (door)

Sew on part E and connect roof to house.

Add fabric to sides until it‘s a perfect 6 1/2 square
