What Cutting Machine to buy?

I enjoy both paper & fabric crafts. I am not sure what machine would work best for me. Does anyone have experience with any of these? Maybe you can help me narrow down my choices.

Pajama Pants for Ed

For Christmas I decided to make my honey pajamas and it’s also a perfect beginner project.  For an XL you will need almost 3 yards of fabric.  I traced the pattern onto the flannel fabric making sure the fabric print was facing the correct way.  This time I remembered to cut my triangle pieces outward.  After cutting out my pieces I decided to look for some U-tube videos to make sure I‘m doing it correctly.  The videos were super helpful and helped me complete my first pair of pajama pants fit my husband Ed. Unfortunately, they were a little bigger than anticipated and then he complained about not having pockets. OMG!  Pajama Pockets

Fabric Salvage

For several years now, I have been collecting my selvedge edges from the quilts 🛏 I have made. Why, because they were pretty and I just knew they would come in handy for something one day.  I used many as ties in the garden 🐝🦋 for years (they are nice and strong) before I saw something on Facebook one day about using selvedge edges to make quilts, bags 🛍 potholders, anything really which gave me that lightbulb 💡 💡 moment. A hunt in my scrap bin ( that one that only gets bigger, never smaller 🤣 ) gave me another idea for a quilt - scraps on one side, selvedge edges on the other.  Fast forward a few years with the only brief for my quilt blocks - no colour matching out of said scrap bin - just grad and sew. One day I will have a completed quilt using scraps and salvaged.  Not sure it’s “pretty” but it’s certainly “unique” and brings back many wonderful memories of many of the beautiful quilts I have made over the years. Ed Mask Experiment!

My husband said that the last mask I made him was too small. So he came up with his own outline ( a higher arch for the nose and using bandana fabric. (Alternate from craftpassion.com) Fabric was bought from Amazon.com " here " Made the lining 1/4“ smaller.  Chennel stem holder spots are 2“ x 6“ in size.  Attach 12“ elastic to top and 8“ elastic on the bottom.  Bandana Fabric
