Day 1
Breakfast
I made banana bread this week and decided to have a slice of that despite it being high in carbohydrates partnered with a nice hot cup of chocolate.
It’s a little high in carbs, but could have been worse if I ate donuts. Plus I think maybe banana bread can’t be all bad with some fruit in it? I recently read that I need to remove caffeine from my diet - which includes coffee and chocolate milk. I don’t like that idea at all- but maybe I can do less than normally? I just like the warmth those beverages provide it is so soothing feeling the warmth going down my throat into my stomach area. But supposedly it’s bad?
Lunch:
Tomato soup and strawberries
