This has been a tough school year. I am glad that it is now summer. This T-chart is a great reminder to do good for ourselves - not just as a teacher, but in everyday life. If you feel tired and worn down, go outside in the morning and drink your coffee on the porch. Enjoy some daytime sunlight - before the day gets hot. (I live in Texas and it gets HOT!) Eating healthy food will also make you feel better, stay away from junk food and pre-made foods.   Had an interesting dream of me in a gym with a few family members. They watched me jump high to the ceiling- I excitedly announced that I could touch the ceiling one time- but then struggled repeating it. Then I woke up to my name being called in the dream - scared me. Dreams are strange sometimes.    Sometimes it makes you wonder what it might mean?  Name being called:  If the voice was demanding or scared you, it may be you’re worried you’re in trouble over something or recent events are getting the better of you.
