Kirstin‘s UT Texas Quilt

Started November 2019 Front panel completed within 24 hours. Next steps:  Kirstin Making her silly face. Almost towards the end. March 2020- Kirstin decided to add more border on the backing and embroidered the corner.  April 2020- Kirstin got the quilt back from April today. She quilted it beautifully for her.  Now all that has to be done is the binding.  May 2nd Binding has been completed! Greek Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup whole milk 1/2 cup Chobani Greek Yogurt Non-Fat Plain 2 large eggs 1tsp. Vanilla extract 2 tsp. Honey 1 tsp. Cinnamon 2 cups all-purpose flour 3 tsp. Baking powder 1/4 tsp. Sea salt Instructions: 1. In a bowl combine milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, honey, cinnamon and mix. Then slowly add in flour, baking powder, and salt.  2. Pre-heat waffle iron and lightly brush with butter. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter in the middle. Close the waffle iron until the light comes on. (Approximately 4min.) 3. Repeat using the remainder of the batter. Enjoy with syrup!

I finally found a design that I am comfortable with making.
