Breakfast Avacado Toast

I used sour dough bread. For some reason it tastes really good toasted. Cut out centers from bread.

Peel & cut avacados in half

Place toast and avacados in lightly greased pan.

Add whipped egg to bread, pour in to center.... sometimes it leaks out a little - that is okay.

After the one side is toasted and egg cooked,add a little cheese and the buttered centers back on top.

Flip the toast to brown the other side.

Once both sides are toasted, they are done.
