Un-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
My daughter Kirstin loves when I make this for her.
Prep: 20 minutes, cook time: 35-40 min., Ready in: 1 hour.
2. Add ground beef, cook until browned and crumbly.
3. Salt and pepper for flavor. We like to use Himalayan salt and drain fat when browned.
4. Add cabbage, tomatoes, carrot, tomato sauce, beef broth, garlic, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Cover pot, reduce heat, and simmer until cabbage is tender, approximately 30 minutes.

Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion (or ground onion)
32 is. Beef broth
1 small head cabbage
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic salt)
2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. Ground black pepper
2 chopped carrots
1 beef bullion (optional)
1. Chop up onion and sauté in butter or olive oil. If you don’t like onions use onion powder. (Some people do not like the texture of onions).
