Orange Soda Chicken Casserole





Here’s another healthy meal idea! 
Ingredients:
9 oz. Raw chicken breast 
1/4 cup chicken broth
1.5 cups sugar free orange soda
1/2 cup red & green bell peppers 
1 tsp. Olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup cauliflower and/ or rice


Directions:

1. Chop up bell peppers and garlic sauté, then add 3 bullion cubes ( or chicken stock). 
2. Add the orange soda and stir until blended. 

3. Add the cubes chicken and cook for 10 -15 min. The meat and veggies with absorb the liquids. 
4. Serve over rice or grated cauliflower
