Low-Carb Special Dark Chocolate Brownies





¾ cup cocoa (5 carbs)                                                               
½ tsp.baking soda (0 carbs)
2/3 cup butter (0 carbs)                                                              
½ cup water (0 carbs)
2 cups monk-fruit (288 carbs)                                                    
2 eggs (1 carb)
¾ cup coconut flour (48 carbs)                                                  
1/3 cup barely barley Keto flour (9 carbs)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (0 carbs)                                                   
¼ tsp. salt (0 carbs)
1 cup dark chocolate miniature morsels (144 carbs)              
¼ cup white chocolate morsels (19 carbs)
¼ cup chopped walnuts (4 carbs)                                             
1 tsp. confectioners’ sugar ( 2 carbs)        

The total comes to 521 carbs which is less than an original brownie that uses real sugar and flour. I know the carbs aren’t super low and not recommended for someone who is wanting to loose weight, but for maintaining it should be okay I think.  If you divide the 521 into 24 portions, then each brownie square would be approximately 21 carbs each.
