Here is my first attempt at making a pin cushion person.  First I drew an outline then embroidered it onto some fabric.  I think next time - I’ll try to center the eyes more and make the head bigger.  He’s a little lumpy- but should even out with time. I stuffed him with warm & natural quilt batting scraps.   Great new thing now available in Coppeeas Cove the 3rd Sunday of each month. Lots of vendors set up their goods for sale, it gives the community the opportunity to support small businesses. This quote is meaningful to me, because sometimes it's the people you think are your friends. Say/ do things that show their real character, then you really learn what they think of you. Having friends that pretend to be your friends - but really aren't worth keeping around you. As I get older, I realize more and more that it's important to keep positivity around you - people who build you up that don't talk about you behind your back.
