Spaghetti Squash and Meat Sauce Extravaganza

What you will need:

1/4 onion diced 

2 garlic chopped cloves 

3 celery stalks 

Spaghetti Squash 

Spaghetti sauce

Butter

First cut up celery, garlic and onion and then sauté in butter. 

Add ground beef and cook until browned. 

Cut Squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds from the center.

 Place squash on buttered cookie sheet (cut side) face down. Bake squash for 30 - 45min. until tender with fork.
