Mexican Beef Skillet (Low Carb)
Here is another low carbohydrate recipe.
Ingredients you will need:
1lbs. Ground beef
1 zucchini
2 Tbs. Salsa
1 can RoTel (drained)
2 tsp. Taco seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and cook until the meat is browned.
Cooks for about 5-10 min. Super easy to make. Enjoy!
No healthy fat required!
40/3 = 13.3 carbs per meal
