Summer ATC Swap Event

For stampers / artist who like to inspire each other with ideas and creations. In this blind SWAP  - please make three ATC's with the theme: BUTTERFLIES, SUMMER or PETS

ATC's are little pieces of art sized 2.5" x 3.5" (6.4cm x 8.9cm approx, the same size as a standard playing card) - there are lots of images on Google if you have never made one before. You may use any products!

How it will work:
- Create 3 ATC cards featuring one of the above themes.
- Send the cards, with a stamped/ self addressed envelope included in the package to me on or before August 30th.
- I will distribute the cards back out to everyone who participated in the envelopes you provided right away!
- Post, email, comment once the cards have been sent in the mail (this lets me know to wait for yours to arrive!)

The Low Oxalate Diet

A low-oxalate diet is a diet that is low in oxalates. Oxalate is a chemical found mostly in plant foods. A low oxalate diet can help prevent future kidney stones.  The most common type of kidney stone is calcium and oxalate. The following are low oxalate foods Meat:  All fresh and frozen meats: beef, pork, chicken, turkey; fish and seafood such as flounder, salmon, tuna, shrimp, scallops; and eggs. (Avoid cured meats.)
