Tomato Soup




Sauté Onions -half an onion
2c. Sliced tomatoes 
30 fluid oz. Tomato Juice
2 Chicken Bullion 
2tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vegetable bullion
Dash salt & pepper
(If acidic add tsp. Sugar)
2 carrots chopped 
8 fluid oz. Heavy cream
Basil & Parsley

Bring to boil before adding cream. Blend up any chunks to create a smooth consistency. 

Approximately 35 grams of carbs

Sauté onions and add tomato, then add the bullion. 


Add tomato juice

Add vegetables bullion

Add a dash salt & pepper 

Chop up carrots 

Add carrots to soup 

Blend chunks

Add heavy cream 

Mix

Add some basil and parsley
