Lace banner

The craft room needed an extra touch, so I added a banner. I purchased a package of 4.5 inch lace doilies from Amazon.com (DECORA 4.5 inch White Round Paper... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018A5T0Z2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and had more then enough. Then I used my large circle punch to cut a variety of colorful scrap paper. I think it turned out nicely.
