Star String Quilt

Creates an 8” block

I used my tiny scrap pieces for this project. Each square is 2 1/2” in size. The 16 squares create a beautiful star.

Started a new 8“ -  string quilt block today. It’s a great way to use up those scraps, that way nothing goes to waste.

I hope it all turns out the way I’m imagining it in my mind. Most of it is made from mask making remnant pieces. If I made you a mask- can you find your fabric?

Last weeks Block experiment was called “Diamond are forever”

I am just happy to put all these scraps to use.
