Spaghetti Squash With Bacon




Ingredients needed:
Spaghetti squash
Parmesan Cheese
Milk
Garlic
Bacon
Eggs
Green Onions
Chicken Stock or bullion cube 
Salt &Pepper
Cream Cheese
Butter


Cut Squash in half and scrape out seeds. Watch the video „here“.

Salt and pepper inside and place 1/4 Stick butter middle. 

Bake for 40-50 min. At 400 degrees

Fry 12 strips bacon


Cut green onion and set aside the white part. 








Sauté the white part of the green onion and set aside. 








1/4th cup water and chicken bullion cube or chicken stock.


Wisk 3 eggs and bowl then gradually add cheese. 








Add the bacon to the egg mixture 


Add 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese and milk to create a more creamy consistency. 






Add bacon to the chicken stock mix. 


Mix all ingredients together 


Use two forks and shred to make strands, then add to mixture. 



Top with green onions and mix it all together again. 


Top with additional cheese if wanted.
