Art Life Coach

A gentle, creative space for reflection, clarity, and growth

  • 10 Creative Bible Art Journaling Ideas To Inspire Your Faith

There are moments in life when words alone don’t quite reach the deeper places inside us. Sometimes we need color, texture, movement, or quiet making to help us listen inward. That’s where art‑life coaching comes in.

Art‑life coaching is a warm, non‑clinical, creative partnership that uses simple art‑making as a doorway into clarity, intention, and self‑leadership. You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need special supplies. You only need a willingness to explore what’s stirring within you, piece by piece.

🌼 What Art‑Life Coaching Is

Art‑life coaching blends gentle creative practices with present‑focused, forward‑moving coaching principles. In our sessions, we might use:

  • visual journaling — color, marks, and words to explore what’s shifting

  • collage — layering images to uncover themes and possibilities

  • intuitive making — letting your hands lead while your mind softens

  • visioning practices — imagining what’s next with creativity instead of pressure

The focus is always on the process, not the product. Your art doesn’t need to be pretty. It only needs to be honest.

🌱 What Makes Piece by Peace Art Life Unique

At Piece by Peace, I hold space with deep respect, curiosity, and care. My approach is:

  • client‑led — you set the pace, direction, and meaning

  • non‑clinical — no diagnosing, interpreting, or treating mental‑health conditions

  • creative and reflective — using art as a mirror, not a measurement

  • future‑oriented — centered on clarity, intention, and aligned next steps

I am not a licensed therapist or art therapist, and I do not provide mental‑health treatment. If you’re seeking support for trauma, clinical concerns, or therapeutic processing, a licensed provider is the right fit. I’m always happy to help you discern which type of support best serves you.

🌸 Who This Work Is For

Art‑life coaching is a beautiful fit if you’re longing to:

  • reconnect with yourself after a busy season

  • explore your creativity without pressure or perfection

  • find clarity around a decision or transition

  • build self‑trust through gentle, intuitive making

  • create space for reflection in your everyday life

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to “be creative.” You only need to show up as you are.

🌻 A Note About Safety & Scope

Your stories, your art, and your inner world are held with confidentiality and care. This is a space for meaning‑making, not mental‑health treatment. If you ever need therapeutic support, I will always encourage and support you in connecting with a licensed professional who can provide clinical care.

💛 Piece by Peace, We Grow

Art‑life coaching is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. It’s a soft, steady way to explore what’s calling you next — with creativity as your companion.

If you feel curious, you’re welcome to explore a session with me anytime.

Fidget Blanket (Fummeldecke) Ideas

This will be my first time ever making a fidget blanket- I was so happy to have the opportunity today to gift my Oma a fidget blanket. I love her with all my heart, it just makes me so sad that not much can be done for her while struggling through dementia. She told me it was beautiful and she appeared to like it. I showed her each square and what she can do with it. The first thing she noticed was the wording; „Mit Liebe Gemacht“ which translates to „Made with love“.  Oma Hildegard is German and I wanted to make sure she would recognize things and always remember that we love her.  What is a Fidget Blanket?
